What is Choose Health’s white-label testing service?
Choose Health’s white-label service lets clinics and wellness brands offer their own branded, at-home blood testing kits and patient dashboards. We handle kit fulfillment, CLIA/CAP-accredited lab processing, HIPAA-compliant data management, and optional API integrations.
What comes with the service?
Each program includes fully branded at-home blood testing kits, a patient-facing results dashboard, and operational support. Kits contain all required lab supplies, a pre-paid mailer to our CLIA/CAP-accredited lab, and step-by-step instructions for collecting a dried blood spot sample at home.
What biomarkers can we test?
Choose Health supports ~100 biomarkers across metabolic function, liver and kidney health, adrenal and thyroid function and male & female hormone balance. Panels can be customized to include individual biomarkers or bundled panels.
Does Choose Health offer private labeling for clinics?
Yes. Clinics and wellness brands can private label packaging, kit contents, emails, and patient-facing dashboards. You can also customize panel composition to match protocols, workflows, and patient goals.
Which labs process the tests?
All samples are processed by CLIA- and CAP-accredited laboratories that meet the same standards as hospital and clinical labs, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Is patient data secure and HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. Choose Health uses end-to-end encryption, secure servers, and strict access controls. All testing and reporting is HIPAA-compliant, and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) are available for enterprise partners.
How does the testing process work?
We ship branded kits directly to your patients. They collect a finger-prick dried blood sample or a TASSO arm-collection sample at home and mail it to our accredited lab using the included pre-paid mailer. Results are delivered via our secure portal or through API to your platform.
How long does it take to receive results?
For arm collection panels, results are usually shared within 3 days of mailing the sample to the lab.
For finger collection panels, results are ready within 3-4 days of reaching the lab.
Turnaround varies by panel complexity and volume; expedited options are available for high-throughput partners.
Can we integrate results into our existing platform?
Yes. We provide API endpoints and webhooks for order creation, sample tracking, and results delivery, enabling seamless integration with EHRs, telehealth platforms, and patient portals.
How quickly can we launch a white-label program?
Most partners launch in 2–6 weeks, including panel selection, branding setup, API integration if needed, and an initial pilot.
